These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Digital Patro’s websites, mobile applications, widgets, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who we are

The Service is operated by Yes Helping Hand (YHH IT Solutions) (“Digital Patro”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We provide a Nepali calendar (B.S.) and Gregorian calendar (A.D.) experience and related informational tools, including events/holidays, rashifal (horoscope), a date converter, forex information, and embeddable widgets.

Eligibility

  • You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law.
  • The Service is not intended for children under 13.
  • If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.

Accounts, security, and devices

  • Some features may require an account or certain information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must not attempt unauthorized access or security testing.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service.

  • No copying, resale, sublicensing, or reverse engineering.

  • No scraping, crawling, or bulk data extraction.

Widgets and embedding

  • Widgets may be embedded only as provided by Digital Patro.
  • Branding and notices must not be removed.
  • No embedding on unlawful or harmful websites.
  • Widgets may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

User content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it only to operate and improve the Service. We may remove content that violates law or these Terms.

Informational content disclaimers

  • Rashifal is for entertainment and general information only.
  • Date conversion results may vary and should be verified.
  • Forex rates may be delayed or inaccurate and are not financial advice.
  • Events and holidays may change; verify official sources.

Third-party services and ads

Third-party services and advertisements are governed by their own terms. Digital Patro is not responsible for third-party content.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property related to the Service belongs to or is licensed to Digital Patro. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Patro shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount paid in the last 12 months or NPR 1,000.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Courts of Nepal have exclusive jurisdiction.
